We have used Anuj’s services twice now. The first time it was to get our mortgage to buy our first home. Being first time home purchasers we were a little overwhelmed at the idea of figuring out how to go about securing a mortgage. We found Anuj through a friend and decided to arrange a meeting. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to convey all the information we needed in a succinct and straight forward manner. He had us pre-approved and ready to go in no time. When we finally found the house we wanted and it was time to go forward with our mortgage, Anuj happened to be out of the country on vacation. We were a little disappointed at first but he transferred our account to another agent, Krishna (who also happens to be Anuj’s father,) and we were very quickly in expert hands once again. Krishna guided us through everything in the very same fashion. After our time with him we felt like we not only were getting a great deal on a mortgage but we felt as though we completely understood everything about it and had a clear plan of attack for paying it off as aggressively as we wanted to. After that experience, it was a no-brainer to go back and see Anuj again when we wanted to restructure our mortgage to pay for a basement renovation project. Again, Anuj was awesome and worked diligently and thoroughly to get us the best deal. Needless to say, we will be going back anytime we have any mortgage related needs!

But what I appreciated most, was that even years after I got my first mortgage Anuj still keeps providing me with options to save money on my mortgage. I don’t feel like a client at Alberta Mortgage, I feel like they really care about doing what is best for me.
