I was very unhappy with my current lender, but was in a collateral charge high ratio mortgage. Anuj found a lender that would pay my fees to transfer to them. A process that sounded like it would be very time consuming and expensive by other brokers was simplified and inexpensive (in fact, completely free). I would work with Anuj again any time. I live over 5 hours from Edmonton and they are able to do everything over the phone and email. I highly recommend using these guys! They know their stuff and are very efficient!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping our family avoid homelessness. When we decided to move from Fort McMurray to Edmonton so that my husband could go to school. I had no job. He was going to be a student and continue working with the same employer here in Edmonton, but he had no credit score. We decided to move during the 1st week of August, when my husband had confirmation of a place at school. We only had 3 weeks to move, and 3 kids and couldn’t find a place for the whole family when we came looking for something to rent.

With the help of a local realtor and friends who viewed properties on our behalf, we were able to find a place, put in an offer within a week. You were able to turn that around in 2 weeks for us without pre-fund conditions that would have slowed us down. To top it off we had a non-standard downpayment as well.

We moved in the labour day weekend, just before school started and were able to get settled.

Once I was back to work, you stepped in once again and helped us secure bigger mortgage on our brand new infill home with a great custom home builder. This was even more of a challenge as we only had 10% down and infill homes usually need more than 35% down.
